keep the bottle of laxatives close to hand they give you, those tablets bunged me up. I think i was off the painkillers by end of day 2 or 3 but it was enough clog me up

I was warned about this, but I was told paracetamol would be better and wouldn't clog me up. I had a painkiller this morning, but will try and resist from now on. I'm gonna need to unclog myself because these vests get bloody tight. :D

When did your chest start feeling more natural chopper? Because it felt weird yesterday, but I put that down to first time after the surgery with that tight compressed vest.

Also how important is it sleeping upwards at night? I layed down 90% flat yesterday and managed a good sleep for once.

The skin across my chest was very numb for a week or two and it felt like it had been deep fried. it felt so strange to touch. 7 weeks now and all the feeling is back and the skin is pretty close to being back to normal, much softer to touch and I can feel everything including both nipples have feeling, probably only about 20% of what they were, but they are not dead like they once were.

I slept using just 2 pillows because i was struggling getting some sleep in. The first week was just bollocks, but by week 2 I was getting in good sleep. Now i'm on my front again every night with my arms folded under my pillows

Took the plasters off, I came over light headed and started to sweet so I sat down. I put that down to having a long sleep without much water or food. Feels weird once the vest is off, you just have this vunerable feeling across your body which isn't nice.

But happy with my results so far, will be able to have a better look in a weeks time once the swelling has gone down.

Day 3 started to get feeling back in my chest, feels itchy and sometimes you feel a burning sensation. I managed to pop to the shops as well, very weird not hiding my chest so can't imagine what its gonna be like in a few weeks time. :o

Been drinking 3litres of water a day, manages some pineapple and grapes. Still haven't been a toilet, hopefully that will happen over the weekend. Gonna have a hand wash tomorrow, bit of luck my body feels more natural with the vest off.

if you're still struggling to go to the toilet, go to the chemist for some lactulose, couple of days to take full effect, but its very effective and free of side effects.

Also the painkillers they give you will make you constipated, try to come off them as soon as you can really

I was off second day and managed to go toilet last night. I was a bit worried about how long I was been clogged up, but all worked out in the end. Drinking plenty of water and fruit helped.

Day 4: Took my vest off for the third time since the op, felt weird but much better apart from being itchy. :D I'll post my next pics on tuesday which will signal a full week. Hopefully better quality as well.

My chest does look weird, caved in but once I start swelling up and lose weight my body shape will take a better natural form. Bruising has gone down and my plasters are clear as doris day. Putting my bage vest on for the second time was difficult, had to use the first clipping instead of the usual second. Still very tight, hopefully the blue one won't be a problem.

Day 7 update with pics, excuse the gut and love handles. :) Training begins on the two week mark which will be jogging and eating healthy. Be easy starting at the two week mark because I don't have to wear that bloody vest. ;D

Well I feel much much better, sadly I'm down to one vest after washing the badge in hot water and it slightly shrinking. What they should do is give you two blue vest of the same size because the badge just doesn't fit once you put it on for the second time.

I'm very happy with my results, part of my chest has no feeling which is bloody weird but after just 7 days I'm chuffed as nuts. Only gonna get better and once I start losing weight my body will start to take a natural shape. Some swelling on both sides but thats gonna happen regardless.

nice results buddy! Looking loads flatter aren't they! Bruising has come down a lot too mate. I see you've still got the little plasters on the incisions under the nipples, you any idea how long your supposed to leave them on for?

You keeping your vest on day and night for 2 weeks?

The first picture doesn't do my results justice imo because it looks a bit mooby still, but my chest is very flat with a natural structure which I worried about. The swelling is just starting to really take place, but its just swelling and that will soon pass. The side picture truly show the good job Karidis has done imo, only 7 days of course. Still have that silly pen marker which won't shift.

The plasters are off on the pictures, but I put a new one on the nipples until next week and will then leave it. Might as well keep a plaster on whilst wearing the vest 24/7.

Yep I'm gonna wear the vest 24.7 for another week, then next tuesday I will sleep with the vest and leave it off during the day. Which would be easier considering the massaging takes place 2 weeks after.

Ah, ok, sorry mate. What was it like peeling those little suckers off? They look really stuck on, on mine :-/ Yeah, the side pic really shows the difference. Glad you're happy with it bud.

Cool mate, thats what I was planning on doing, I was even thinking of getting a couple of cheap nike tops, those tight ones just for wearing in the day after the two week period just to give a little bit of support and wearing the vest in the night, depends on how I feel.

Well I had the plasters on for a 5 days straight, so I had a quick wash and when I took them off my nipple sponged out for a bit. Then slowly went back into position. The feeling was tickling and weird in a unpleasant way. Not too bad though. :)

Well I'm 7 days in, gonna leave the plasters on my nipples till two weeks. Not sure what I'm gonna do round the house, to wear a tight rash guard or to just let my chest naturally recover without any pressure. I might just leave it altogeather, just wear a tshirt during the day and at night wear the vest which will be 10hours or so. The massaging will take care of the swelling, fluid and the vest at night for two more weeks should be enough.

Very weird having a flat chest.

Day 12: Over the moon with my results, my chest is bloody flat for the first time since I was a 11 year old kid. ;D My chest still isn't 100% healed but 12 days in I'm very happy. No more plasters on my nipples thank darn, gonna continue to wear the vest for four weeks like chopper and a few others.

Just wanted to ask when people started to massage themselves?

good to hear mate. How are you finding it with the hot weather? I'm gonna have to wear mines for 4 weeks according to Karidis, so not looking forward to that  :-\
