Things to do before surgery..advice please..

I am booked in for mid March with Mr Levick...

I have made the following list of things to do...

1. book b and b
2. buy arnica, and start taking when?
3. Stop eating garlic, but when should I start
4.  Avoid vit E/muti vitamins, which I am doing now...
5.  Order a compression vest

What else do I need to do...?Any advice much appreciated.

Read the booklet that you got at consultation with levick, there should be a page telling you about arnica, when and dosages to take.  THe booklet also discusses when to stop vit E, aspirin and garlic.

I booked my train tickets over a week in advance and it worked out almost half price, saved over £40.  THe downside is you have to give exact times that you will be leaving etc.  Handy if your travelling by train.
