I have taken them all off.

I played football and after the match I was sweaty and very itchy so I went home and I just pulled it off easily as a result of the sweat.

Pain free!!

I wouldnt advise playing footy as my mate mate ran in to me with his hand up right to my chest. Luxky for me he didnt put all of his force into it.

Yeah all of it came off yesterday!! I wrote in another post...

It came off as a result of me sweating from playing footy!! Honestly it was totally painless.

So yeah my advice would be to try and sweat and then it should come off with ease!

So far gyne free life is good... I went to uni with just a t-shirt and lost count of the amount of times my mates said that I had lost weight. I dont know how to reply as they say 'have you been lifting weights and hitting the gym?'

I just smile and mumble the words 'yes'.

It hasnt solved all my problems but it certainly has helped me get it off my chest
