I read about zinc at some point and started taking quite large amounts of it. Didn't reduce the gyne but it did stop me getting colds.... lol

I think reading about it at the time, its more a preventative thing for those who are possibly at risk. i.e Bodybuilders taking drugs that might make them get it... However once your posting on this board... It's prob too late.... might stop them getting bigger I guess...

i was actually taking zinc when i was gyne free and continued taking at the same time i took the hairloss meds which induced my minor case. It definitly didnt prevent it for me.
