Armpit Incision...Dr's in SF Bay?? Gland too??

Does anyone have any recommendations for Dr's in the general SF bay area who perform gyne surgery by incision in the armpit versus areola???

Second part.

Can gland be excised through this technique, or just lipo??

Yeah i haven't been able to find one round here...Delgado is good but i really would like to exhaust my search for the armpit method, i may even travel some to do it.  I checked out Dr. Metzner site, but it made not mention of the techniques he used.  

Some plastic surgeons like Paul Levick of the UK, Frank Lista in Canada, and Dr. Metzner in Louisiana can all excise gland through the armpit so it is possible.  I've personally seen great results with this technique from Levick and Metzer, still awaiting people who've had it done by Lista though.  Dunno about anyone in the SF bar area that does it this way though... Dr. Delgado is supposedly good but I don't think he does armpit excision.
