So I've decided to get the surgery but I am curious if anybody knows any surgeons within the greater San Francisco area. If you could also give me details like how long you waited before the operation after the consultation and the end cost I would greatly apreciate it.

I have heard anywere rom 4000-9000.  Pretty big gap I realize, but I hope this helps.
