Can anyone recommend a doc in the Philly/NY area?

I've just started researching about gyno and the options of surgery.  I've come up with a list of ps that I'm going to contact but I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend a surgeon in the philly/ny area and what to ask when I speak to the ps.  Should I be persistent on having both lipo and removal of the gland?  any suggestions would be appreciated.

you look fine to me in those pics but check out the thread i just made. dr berlet here in north NJ the guy does fantastic work.
