Not aware of anyone in the twin cities, but.....Dr Jay Pensler in chicago is well spoken of here on this site. Several guys have used him and were very happy. I used to live in Minneapolis (near 50th and Xerxes) and I would at least research it to see if there is someone good in my own town. If not, Chicago is not that far away.

Des Moines has a few - Closer to you.

Heartland Plastic Surgery is the best. Try them as well, perhaps!?!
