Dr Jay M Pensler
I had a procedure done there about 2 years ago and never got to contact the doctor or make a visit due to covid. So I emailed the office and received an auto replay to contact Dr Otto Placick's office and the number they gave was just a referral service. I spent a lot of money and I look the same if not worse than when I had the procedure done. What kind of legal actions can I take on this?

After 4.years my gynecomastia is twice as bad so I for sure feel like I was ripped off my Dr. Pensler. Is there a forum for ripoff reports?
