I haven't. I'm from the Boston area and went to Dr. Richard "Rick" Silverman in Brighton and Newton who specializes in this area of surgery. Can't say enough good things about him.

hey fbs - did you end up getting surg? are you happy with the results?

Yes, I had Dr. Silverman do my surgery about 9 weeks ago and very happy with the results. Only regret is not doing it sooner. Click the link in my signature ("My Story") to see pictures/story. 

BTW, I did look at Dr Wages website and didn't see any pictures of Gyno before/after pictures. I'm sure he is a good doctor but Rick seems to be the area specialist for this type of surgery. The nurses told me that he gets patients from around the world so that made me feel very confident in him, especially since I was laying on a bed with an IV in my arm waiting to go into surgery!
