you have responded to my questions before and i greatly appreciate it as i can say,so does the rest of the forum. thanks alot. my question to you is....how bad do you see my case of gyne? how successful do you think you could be with myself as your patient? do you get alot of cases like mine?

A pretty tough case!  You have a tuberous breast deformity.  You will need gland excision and will most likely need a follow-up procedure later to manage the excess skin.
