Met with Dr. Elwood today..

My gyne is inbetween mild and moderate.  6'4 210 lbs.. thin.. but my nipples are pretty puffy.  Blood test for horomones came back fine. My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Elwood for surgery.  He is a board certified PS and teaches at a medical school here in town.  He said he would do lipo and remove the gland tissue.  He said the gland tissue would be too hard to remove with lipo, so he would have to cut it out.  That made me feel better because I kinda made a point that I wanted both.  Anyways, he said he performs 15-20 of these procedures a year, most of them being much worse cases than mine (C cups).  I have a few questions.  He said I didn't need to wear a compression vest.  He said that the wrap they put on me will do.  Also, he going to use drains.  Should I be wearing a compression vest after this procedure?
