Have you found any surgeons in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area?  I am on the lookout for a surgeon myself.

Also, has anyone heard of Blane T. Shatkin in Weston?  If so, any experiences.

I went to a consultation with Dr. Ellenby and he quoted me $4400 for lipo and gland removal.

What about Dr. Delange? He seems pretty good. He is in Palm Beach Gardens so about an hour drive from Miami.

no i havnt, i am not gonno have time for a surgery for at least a year so for now i just wonno narrow the list of surgeons down.

I searched his name on this forum and looks like another member used him and was very happy. From his posts i understood that it cost him 2k for the gyno. Might wonno do the same search and read his posts.

Please keep me posted on everything u find out.

I was also searching for a doc in the Miami area. Funny for a city so concerned with vanity you would think there where drive through clinics for gyne, but apparently it's somewhat hard to find a good doc. Its been a year since a had the procedure and im more than pleased.. how can i explain the results.. i've done modeling!.. yup is like that thing was never there.. he is in chester virginia, and it cost me 6000 .. give it a try. his website is

It's good that you got the surgery and it was a success. However for those of us living in Florida 6000 + plane ticket is alot of money and it would be impossible to do a follow up. So back to the original question, recommendations for surgeons in FLORIDA, preferably near Miami.
