Has anyone heard of a plastic surgeon by the name of Themistocles Economou in Minneapolis? Is he reputable, or should I leave state to go to Dr. Jacobs or Dr. Bermant?

Dr. Economou was recommended to me by my primary doctor.  I saw a post of yours that said to avoid him.  Why?
