I have my initial gyno surgery with Dr. pietraszek in UTC area of San Diego in 1995- the results were awesome to say the least.  I just had a followup surgery yesterday ! and so far all looks well.  He did lipo to other areas as well.  In my case he did not have to do a tissue excision, but he said this is common with body builders he works on.  There was no scaring from my intial operation and he is a terrific person to work with, very down to earth and patient.

If the results of the first op in '95 were so awesome why did you just have another op? weight gain?
