Smoot, Kupfer, Ryan Reagan, Richard Phaffoo???

I just got off the phone with my primary care physician and these are the surgeons referred to me which I will be covered (in San Diego):

1) Dr. Smoot

2) Dr. David M. Kupfer

3) Dr. Ryan Reagan

4) Dr. Richard Phaffoo

Anyone know anything about these guys?  Anyone better than the other?

I could really use some feedback on these guys.  I want to setup an appt. but I don't want to waste my referral on a doc that isn't  good.  Anyone know about these guys?

I'm thinking of going with Smoot simply because he's at Scripps in La Jolla.  Are there any better options in San Diego?  Anyone know about Dr. Smoot?

I don't know anything about any of those plastic surgeons.

I had surgery with Dr. Wallace ... very good results!  I'm gonna wait 'til after my 6 weeks of wearing the compression vest to take my "after" pics.  

I don't think there was / is any swelling whatsoever.

I'm very satisfied.  No more breast tissue / fat ... all muscle..
