Surgeons in the North NJ area?

I am a new user, I just discovered this site and think it is fantastic, nice to know there is a community out there for people with the same condition. I want to get the surgery, I have gotten hormone, blood work, etc done all I need now is to get the surgical consultation.

Do any of you have an recommendation/warnings about doctors in the NJ area? I am going to ask the endocrinologist I went to as well, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here.

Edit: I contacted Dr. Jacobs through his website as I am about 10 minutes from NYC, since you all seem to love him and he is an active member here as well as highly recommended otherwise. Still looking though to see all my options as is recommended.
