Top 5 best surgeons?
I want to have to surgery soon and pretty convinced local surgeons are not my best bet.  Can I get a short list of the good surgeons specializing in this?  Doesnt really matter where.  I'm willing to buy a plane ticket and a hotel for a week to get it right!
