Day 14...
Still shrinking...the the right disc...which was was pretty solid is also starting feel softer, also smaller radially.

It's hard to get the measure from the pics because I take from different distances/angles each time. And i always aim to get the pic to look the worst way possible. But i'd say that so far, the Andractim does seem to be doing its job

Also, the lymphs seem to have reached an equilibrium...they're not as swollen as before, but the seem to be rising and falling. I'd appreciate any advise if there's someone with medical knowledge reading this

Day 15...
Slow radial shrinkage is taking place so that even stretching fully, It's harder to palpitate the discs. The shape is constantly changing...right now, it's like they're flatter, but at the same time, more raised...like i've been working on my pecs. I guess there's slightly less mass, so that would account for the raising.

Still on my first tube, but if the shrinkage keeps up, i think i should be quite happy by the end of the second tube. I say shrinkage is slow, but it's pretty rapid for only 15 days...

Day 19....
Missed a dose here and there. Been pretty busy. Still shrinking. The nodules under my arms are also rising and falling.

My right disc, which was pretty hard has gotten softer and also smaller....so far, i'd say the andractim is doing a pretty good job.

No other side effects felt.

Day 20...
the lumps also seem to be shrinking axially, as well as radially.

The shape is also constantly changing. I just started on my second tube which should last about another 2 weeks. I think i'll order another 2 tubes and see how far this will take me. I'm quite impressed that there have been results even after long term gyno. Question is, can they shrink to virtually zero?

Day 21...
Other than a bit more chest hair, no side effects.
So it's still shrinking. I'm hoping for more axial shrinkage. Also, the nips are less puffy, although they were never that puffy to begin with.

Just took a new picture which shows some good improvement. However, it's still tricky to judge with the picture taken at slightly different distances. The only constant is i choose the angle that makes it look the worst.

There seems to be general shrinkage all over. So the b&&b looks droopier/smaller/less pointy.

Day 22...
Feels like they're getting flatter...slightly itchy/pins and needles both nips. Right disc is also much softer. The left had been the first one to soften. Actually, I think i'll keep going with the tamoxifen as well. Dont wanna mess with a good thing if it's working. I started with both, and i'll keep going with both.

Incedentally, someone asked me if i'm promoting andractim. Not really, that's why i'm taking the pictures. It's very easy to be fooled by ones imagination. So i'm compiling them to see if there's any change or for people to judge for themselves. It's just tricky to take the picture the same distance/angle every time, but to me, there seems to be an overal reduction in mass...We'll see by the end of the second tube. Whether it works or not, the diary should help people decide for themselves.

Day 23...
Feels like they're getting flatter. Both discs are softer and they feel kinda...'liquidy', and ache very slightly on palpitation.  Also, the swellings under my armpits have gotten much smaller. But my neck lymps are slightly swollen. Connection? just a cold? beats me.

I'll try some kind of massage to see if i can get the material reabsorbed faster by the lymphs...again, i'm no doctor. I have no idea what the hell I just said, :-/ but i'll try it anyway.

Feels like I have to keep angling more and more on the camera to get the shape to look pretty bad. Remember I take the photos in the profile that exaggerates them the most. No cheating.

Still getting occasional pins and needles and a v. slight general soreness.

Another side effect is...I think my jewels have shrunk v. v. slightly...but The Lieutenant is still functional  ;D . Could all be my imagination. Anyway, doesnt bother me too much 'cause it's supposed to be temporary.

For application, I first take a hot shower and scrub the chest area pretty thorough, to get rid of surface skin cells. Then I dry it throuroughly.

I make sure I rub the gel in for about 10 minutes a side, until it's all evaporated. I use the tips of my index and middle fingers and rub fairly quickly to generate heat. This opens up the pores more. Then in the morning, I take 20mg of tamoxifen. As soon as my new order of tamoxifen arrives, I'll switch back to 40mg and see if this changes anything.

Day 24
Nothing major to report today. Bit of sensitivity in the nips, kinda like when the gyno started to set in. Wont report or take pictures for the next few days unless something happens....

Day 27...
Looks abit sharper and 'top-heavy'...sort of...fatty...like the bottom half is not in proportion to the top half...

dunno if that's a good thing.

will keep posting pics every few days.

due to varying distances in the photos...it's best to judge any change by shape

hey, i hate to jump into your diary and sound pessimistic or something, but i don't see any difference in your pics. maybe it's just me. maybe i'm missing something. but it seems like a waste of time to me. good luck with whatever you decide, though.

Yeah buddy, I'm sorry but I also don't see any difference.  It seems in the first couple pics you are closer to the camera hence making the gyne look bigger.  Also, in the begening pics, your right hand is more back thus showing more gyne.  In the more recent pics your arm is more in fort thus covering some gyne.
But I hope I'm wrong and really do wish you well.  Gyne has really screwed up my life.  And I'm broke so cant even dream about having surgery.  So I'm hoping some anti estrogen pill or cream will be a good cure. So once again, I hp you have improvement.  Please take some front pics also.
Are you working out as well?
Have you noticed any side effects,..insomnia, pimples, hair groth on body, hair thinning on head etc..
Please let us know.
And I want to thank you for taking your time to post your dairy all month.  I appreciate it alot.
Keep the posts & pics coming.. Ltrs. Ciao.

Hey guys,
appreciate the feedback.
Yes, the first pics were taken upclose, but i'm more recently trying to keep the distance and posture the same. but i still angle it so it looks as bad as possible.

My opinion is there has been v. slight change in looks, and with a bit more change lumpwise. Is it worth it? beats me. That's the whole point of this experiment. But is should at least put to rest the Andractim issue.

However, I will say that the Andractim and Tamoxifen DEFINITELY put a stop to a resurgence of gyno a few weeks ago. So i'd recommend at least Tamoxifen for anyone with *new* gyno. For long-term gyno...that's another issue altogether.

In terms of side effects, none noted. I feel the same...maybe my facial hair is growing a bit faster. But nothing that couldnt be attributed to placebo. I also have intentionally avoided working out so I could measure any results without skewing them. But I may begin again in a few days.

To summarize so far...the combo put a stop to a gyno resurgence. And i believe caused a v. slight reduction. However, nothing to whoop about. Ill decrease my posting to maybe just once a week, cause if theres any progress, its very slow.

If i post nothing, then you guys can assume theres no progress. And we all have our answer on andractim and long-term gyno

so i'm in this for the long haul. i'm getting another tube of andractim and still waiting on the tamoxifen so i can go back to 40mg/ day. I'll ease up on the commenting (unless to answer any questions) but will keep posting pictures every now and then. I'm pretty much set on completing this experiment so it'll put the issue to rest.

i welcome any more feedback you guys have on the pics. I'm trying to keep the distance and posture the same...but angle is always different to maximize the size. Posture/distance have been pretty much the same from around day 22...temperature too...right after a hot shower
