24 hrs post op... (lipo)
very minimal pain... not taking any of the pain meds i was given!

unfortunately i have a huge tight bandage on that i have to leave alone for a week.. so i can't see the results until next thursday when i have another appointment.. but everything feels good so far, so im happy!

no nausea like they predicted, and surg went well.
SO HAPPY.

well that joy sure was short lived. i stillll have puffy nipples (although the boobs are basically gone)... but im still not comfortable with my shirt off..... AT ALL. it sucks! everyone is down at the beach, and here I am, stuck in my room cause i cant take my frigging shirt off.

You'd surely didn't expect the lipo to fix the puffy nips? Lipo won't remove gland, and I'm surprised a PS told you it would. Looks like you got some bad advice there dude, I feel for you. Did the cost of your surgery include any remedial work? I'd be going back to the surgeon and asking a few tough questions if I were you. It is possible that the PS expects the gland to recede naturally over the next few years, as it well might. You need to see if this is the case.
