pre-op photo , yesterday had operation with slim lipo methode

I have gyne since I was 14 yo, I decided to go surgeon (now 30yo) last month and he said it looks pseudo gyne and I get operated yesterday. He used slim lipo methode with local anestezia. Operation took 60 minutes I am wondering is this slim lipo help to this fix my gyne or waist of money ? Cause its not easy to see there is fat tissue or glandular tissue. I really wonder result . Strange point is when I take off mytshirt or I swim they look normal but if they get hot then nipples pop-up and get softer very strange. Thats the why surgeon decided slim lipo methode. First photo taken after I take off mytshirt and second one after 10 minutes, very strange cause they pop-up always after 8-10 minutes.
