1 and 2 week post-op, some concerns

Hey guys,
So I finally went under the knife two weeks ago and Im kinda happy with the results, but still have some concerns, but as everyone else says two weeks is probably to early to judge the final results.
It was only a gland removal, so no lippo as I know is normal. So maybe lateron maybe with some training my chest contour will look better.
So to the point; my left nipple looks smaller than the right one and is also standing out a bit, but i guess that has to do with the swelling. Also my surgeon tells me that the stitches will remove by it self, I hope also hes right on that point- or?

I am not a doctor or a specialist but that looks really good for just two weeks. You are doing great, Looks fine.

Do a little measuring,  one ear is larger than the other and one is higher on your head than the other as well.   A vertical  line down the center of your brow, the tip of your nose the center of your lips and the center of your chin is not a straight line.   Horizontal lines through the center of your eyes, your brows and your lips are not parallel.  One foot is probably almost a half size larger than the other.  Your legs are not the same length, so one hip is just slightly higher than the other.  I could go on but the point I am trying to make is that the human body is not perfectly symmetrical.   There will be slight differences in the nipples, but that is normal and no one else will notice.
