18 Years Old, unsure if it's gyno or not

Hi I've been lurking for a few weeks, but would be grateful for an opinion!

I know its by far not the most severe case seen but I've had these for about four years and its ruined holidays for me ever since.

I'm about 5"10 150lbs, never thought myself to be overweight, in fact most people think I'm quite skinny (unless I have my shirt off, then that changes).

Yup I just noticed yours, quite similar.

Yeah my mum does what mothers do by saying something along the lines of "you look great the way you are" etc...

She'd probably freak at the idea of surgery if it ever came to that, which it probably won't given that I'm about to start uni and need every penny for keeping myself breathing!

Before I even had heard of gyno I tried eating more healthy and doing more exercise. For the last year, I've radically changed my diet (the exercise somewhat faded away...) but to no avail.
