Hey guys,

Today is my 2 months post-op.  It's been quite the rollar coaster ride!  I've been estatic at times and completely depressed at times...all from looking at the same chest.

Anyway, some info:  I got lipo only because neither the doc nor I could feel any hard glandular tissue and I wasn't having the "puffy nipple" problem.  I also opted out of nipple resizing because I was concerned about loss of sensation.  Can any guys comment on sensation issues after having their nipple and areola size reduced?  I am considering going back for that at a later date.

Also, I am waiting for the scar tissue to go down to see if that resolves the roundness under my nipple.  Based on your experiences, what do you think?  It still doesn't feel like the problem is anything glandular, so I'm reluctant to think that I need to go back for excision, but there is still enough tissue behind and below the nipple that I am uncomfortable going without my compression vest to work...even after 2 months.

Any tips on things I could be doing to help the internal scar tissue heal or just more waiting?

Anyway here are my pics:
Pre-op (this will hopefully stick around for a while...my pre op pics tend to get deleted by photobucket because they think they are breasts, lol)

you dont need anymore surgeries..........(once was enough)......your chest is fine... u look like u r working out now and your chest and arms look great so leave well  enough alone.. and YES   if you get  surgery on your nipples they WILL loose sensation-------- so once again, leave well enough alone-- U look fine.. now go enjoy your life and spend your money on something else.

Actually, the pre op pic is a few months before surgery, so it's been more like 4 months.  But I have a hormonal condition (probably the cause of the gyne in the first place) and I just recently got my testosterone levels up where they should be.  I have finally been able to put on real muscle!  So, sadly, I have no 'secret' to share with you...

Thanks for the tip about dips.  I will start doing those and see if they help.

I'm sorry, I don't accept negative comments from people who don't know the difference between possessive pronouns and contractions.
