I'm not happy with the crease I see in my right chest. Any feed back ?

Is it there all the time - or only after you have worn somewhat tight tops?

I just ask cuz I had the exact same thing for a month but it was just the scar tissue taking shape from a seam in my vest.

It's pretty much always there to some degree or another - enhanced when flexing or lifting my arms above my head. This is a 2 year post operation pic so I'm guessing any scar tissue that was expected to go has gone. Now I'm not sure what should be done about this little conundrum.

At two years, what you see is probably what you get.

This may be lax skin, or it may be an area where the skin is thin and attached to the underlying muscle or other tissue.

It is possible that revision surgery would help you -- suggest you consult an expert in gyne surgery in your area.
