I've summoned up the courage to post up some pics for your opinion. I'd appreciate the comments (bracing myself! lol)

A little background though, for a number of years I was very happy with the result aside from the scarring but you can't always help that. Plus I'm hairy so in the right conditions they are barely visible, here though I think the scars show. In the last 10 years or so my lovable moobs have made a return visit I think, the left breast had a small disc of tissue left in and in my mind is a lot bigger now than the right.

Your left side definitely looks bigger than your right, would it be possible to get some profile shots to see how they protrude from your contour? It will give a better idea.
