you dont need to lose any fat for the surgery. and you would not have to lose fat even if you didnt have gynaecomastia. just go to the gym.

So you dont think i have it either?  :)

i think you do have gynecomastia, judging by the puffyness.

that means that in addition to the fat, there is some glandular tissue, that can not be burnt off with weight loss.

some people have varying degrees of success with testosterone gels and such, but only do this under the supervision of a doctor.

the general consensus here is that gynecomastia (which isn't induced by puberty) can only be resolved with surgery.

It becomes more noticable the more mass you put on.
