Advice please!

Hi!

I’ve had Gyno for multiple years now, probably 8 years. I don’t think it’s got worse, just something that has always bothered me.

I’m unsure what stage I am, so what do you think? My nipples become puffy in hot weather, and slightly hurt - normally if I play with my nipple they will look fine for a bit, or if I’m cold, they look normal.

Should I consider surgery? Do you think it’s noticeable enough to undergoing surgery, obviously it’s the cost element which is putting me off.

I’ve linked two videos, one when I was leaner at the start of the year and one now, so you can see the difference when I’m chunky and lean.

Also, can gyno flare up if I touch it a lot?

I guess I’ve been overalls aware of it recently, and they are stinging like hell.
