    • My Before and after!
A little update, I was suppose to  post pics but I be lagging behind with errands and such. On top of that, one of my lungs bust. Now I can't workout for another 2 months. ><

If curious-
Here a video explaining what I got:

Here a video showing the operation I got last night. Warning the nasty begins at 3 minutes.

I will continue to Diet tho. As of my current status with my chest. Beside me having 2 holes on my chest, i'm now getting the puffy nipple effect. It's because of the development of the scar inside my chest. Dr. Pope took a look at it while he visited me in the hospital. I Thought that was really cool/nice of him. Anyway he said he will probably give me a shot to remove the scar inside my chest, unless my chest changes within the next couple of weeks, other options are possible.I will post a update after Dec 19th.

    • My Before and after!
Hey all, sorry for not updating my progress. I went thru a lot. Not only did I got a lung collapse in November '10, I got another in February '11. These collapse not only gave me a bunch of chest holes, it leaded me to gaining weight. Lucky for me Dr. Pope was really nice to repair my chest tube hole for free while he did my revision which was also free by him. Talking about revision, after a few appointments between Dr. Pope and I, he agree that a revision was recommended under his expense. Sadly a month after the revision, it is when I got my second lung collapse. So my workout activities was down the drain. On May 16, 2011 I finally got to start working out. I started P90X! So far on Day 44. I will post more pictures once I am done with P90X.

This is my current status POST-OP 6.5 months roughly. Pictures are done today, 08/18/11. I finished P90x; kinda slacked off the last 3 weeks of it but I still did it. I'm planning to start insanity next, then do real weight lifting. I would like to note since some people PM regarding it, my lung collapse had nothing to do with the first gyno surgery. The time period between the two was too much of a gap to even be consider. By any chance could any one recommend me any good chest workout schedules? (Example: Like Bench press 4x4 follow by weighted Dips 4x4 then Decline press 4x4)

Here is some old pics posted earlier in this thread to compare.

The surgery was a start.  Then the exercise and probably some weight loss as well.  Sheer determination.  Great results.

Congratulations!
