You definitely have gyne but what's positive is it can be fixed. In my opinion , you will need to have skin removed as well. Maybe some scarring but well worth the trade off. And I agree, gland cannot be removed through liposuction, it needs to be excised. good luck to you ;D

It definately looks like all gland to me - no amount of exercise will shifts glad.
