I agree with Whiff. You're stressing over nothing and being obsessive compulsive about this ! The chest needs to have some little gland for a bit of bulge ,that's NORMAL okay. Right now you look perfect. Imagine you get another excision u get more scars and scar tissue again that wud look worse. This looks absolutely great. It's perfectly normal to have a little bulge rather than have a crater deformity. Why screw it up?
