As the title says,

If I feel under the nipple it feels more like there nothing there. Is this gyno?

I've had this since puberty and I am now 20. Is the only option surgery?

I have read a few cases of people using Liquid Letro to combat it and had success. Do you know anything about this?

Furthermore, are you able to provide me with a website that contains a list of surgeons in the UK? Everyone seems to be in the US!

Yes, surgery would be your best option.  Please don't waste your time and money and hopes on letro or any other meds -- they do not work on established gyne.  Just think, if they did so, then no one would be talking about surgery -- just taking pills and watching your gyne vanish.
If considering surgery, do your homework and find a plastic surgeon who has a demonstrated interest and expertise in the operation.
