hi hope,

The only thing i really followed was something called the G.I. diet. It focuses on higher complex carbs. Look it up sometime. The only major workouts I did was rowing on the water 6 days a week. Rowing targets those "problem areas". My gyno practically shrunk to nips. I'm pretty happy with the way I am, so are some of the ladies ;-) I see when I row. I'm starting to get a little tan too. Always motivate yourself in some way and keep at it.
