Thought I would drop these in here from my thread in the UK section. Hopefully it helps someone else make the decision to go under the knife rather then hate their chest and feel insecure. Here is my story in 12 months

Wow -so all the extra muscle development comes at the end of 12 months of healing - wooo hooo...the doctor did not tell me about that side affect. Now I just going to sit back and wait for the ripped body to surface. Let me grab a beer while I wait...  

Seriously though you look great - thanks for the progress pictures up to 12 months. You must be on Cloud 9.
