At the risk of sounding like 'blatino' whom I seem to generally disagree with, I must say I think your nips and chest look fine.
Is it possible that you guys who have a generally nice build and nips that are not perfectly flat, but rather a little "puffy", are actually attractive to people? Is it possible that if they are looking at your chest, it's because they are turned on by it? And isn't that the goal = to have a body that people are attracted to?
Because if your goal is to be unnoticed, to sort of disappear, it doesn't make sense.
