Can someone give me guidance on how to post pics here?

I've been trying very hard to post before and after pics of my 13 year old sons recent successful Gynocamastia surgery for the benefit of the group.  We are thrilled with the results.  However I have had nothing but problems posting.  What's the deal  here?  The files are either too large or I get an error.  What am I doing wrong and why is this so difficult?  I'm someone tech savvy so it's not just me.  I have a Mac.  Is anyone else having issues?  HOw small do jpeg files have to be?

You are limited to 4 pics per post and maximum pic size is 128k. If the pics are large try posting them on photobucket for example and then just copy and paste the link to your pics in your post. Hope this helps.
