Yea you have it bad no need to rate it. Judging by the tightness of your skin and your apparent young age, you could expect excellent results with a good surgeon. Start saving its expensive.

Hello,  go as meet with a few board certified surgeons and see what they say.  I thing talking to them will help you. but you have to make the choice yourself and yes my surgery was 8K
