It looks like something is definitely going on there.  Have you had a consult with a plastic surgeon?

no I haven't, I just learned that this was actually a "condition" a few days ago.

Gotcha.  I think step one is to meet with a plastic surgeon who has handled gynecomastia cases before.  It's nothing you should feel shamed or embarassed about it.  Plenty of guys have it so you're hardly alone in that aspect.
