Confused is it gynecomastia? please help me :(

Here are some pictures of my chest, can anyone please tell me if it is gynecomastia or not?
Heres my stats I'm 19 5"6 120lbs suppose to have a lean or normal built yet this is my how my chest turn out (could it be fats?)

although they are not the greatest pictures, I can definitely see some gland there, so yes, I would say you have G.

Looks like gyne alright buddy, albeit small gyne:)

Building chest muscle will only push out the gland but by all means get fit and healthy. You'll improve confidence and feel better too also most surgeons will want a fit, healthy person as a candidate for surgery:)
