Good decision man!  Stick with it and let us know how it's going.  There's nothing you can lose by trying this and tons to gain!

Yeah..

I'm gonna be seriously fucking depressed if I still have manboobs after I get in shape tho..

Maybe I should've taken the hint when the surgery was such a failure and just killed myself. Can't be a coincidence when life just kicks me back to the ground every time I try something to get up.

Like i said before, youve got a SLIGHT frame but you are unfit so you still have body fat

you cant expect to sit around on your arse all day and have a toned chest and V cut abdominals with no love handles. You keep on saying you dont want an athletic body but you clearly do. The thing is the only lads you will have seen with their tops off are fit people the ones with love handles keep their tops on and hide away.

I can't believe you say shit like this...

Very very few on this forum are in athletic shape. Yet, they seem to be able to wear t-shirts post-op, not looking like they have boobs.

If its required for me to work out all my life to avoid being ridiculed for my boobs then might as well just jump infront of a train.

Wtf was the point of surgery if it still looks like I have boobs?

darn you.

Eyooh, I understand that right now you are focused on doing anything to get rid of gyne, but you're taking the wrong approach to exercise. Exercise helps most people with a lot of other things in life: stress, blood pressure, confidence, etc. Exercise may not make your gyne go away, but if you find a physical activity that you enjoy doing, or learn to enjoy, you will more than likely have an improved outlook on your daily life.

Yeah gynecomastia sucks, but you know what sucks worse? A sedentary lifestyle. You're still young, why not use that body? You sure as hell won't be able to do that later -- don't be the person that regrets not doing something when they are old.

Great advice!  My first knee blew out at age 28.  Surgery fixed it but knee surgery has a side effect, arthritis.  10 years later my other knee blew out.  Surgeon wants me to hold off as long as possible until I can no longer stand the pain...that way I delay the eventual situation of having arthritis in both knees.  Twenty-f@#$%#$-eight years old and I essentially ended my full on physical athletic life and have never been the same since.  If I could do it all over again I would have dedicated myself to an all over fitness and cardio program to maintain strength and agility and do everything I could to protect and strengthen my joints.  If you're young now, don't think it won't happen to you.  Take care of your body, you've only got one.

Oh stop whining, its getting boring fast!

Oooo waaa i might aswell throw myself in front of the train because i have some body fat boohoo. Stop being a baby and do some exercise rather than blowing hot air at me. Your problem is that you arent prepared to put any work in yourself!

By the way your massive week long workout really regime shows how much dedication you have!

None.

Do you even get anything at all?
I have huge golfball lumps under my nipples post-op. How on earth will exercising remove those? and what the hell do you mean by my "massive week long workout regime"? I haven't done any form of exercise for 5 years. My diet is already good. And I'm not prepeared to put any work in myself? haha. You don't know shit.

Stop being so ignorant.

Alright!
I've decided to start jogging every day now. It'll be quite a challenge, considering I haven't done any running or jogging for like...5 years :p

I'll update this thread with pictures and weight stats.

starting weight: 73kg/160.9lbs

thats a week ago, so thats your effort is it? Looks like the "ill go jogging everyday" didnt even get off the starting blocks

I could go on all day about how much you contradict yourself but its a waste of time, you only hear what you want to hear. And yeah you arent prepared to put in ANY WORK WHATSOEVER!

Im sure these golf ball sized lumps are about as plausable as your self diagnosed klinefelters!

Get a grip!

I never once said I stopped jogging. I don't know why you would assume that. Was it because I had a little outburst?
I have been jogging EVERY DAY for a minimum of 30 minutes each day since I made that post, and I plan on continuing that. And don't act like you know me. You don't.

Your trolling just reached an obvious level. Congratulations!

Started jogging. Haven't exercised in 5 years before this date.

If you actually think I didn't start jogging when I posted the

Yeah, I've been pampered alright! I remember when I got all the new gaming consoles at once when I was young. Even got a new land rover when I turned 16! shit was so cash :)
Now I blame society for my issues.

no.

I was simply provoked by your "be fit or have manboobs" statement.
I see several people that are in their fourties on this site, that have a lot of excess fat all over, and they still feel self-conscious about their manboobs. Why don't you tell them to get in-shape? You don't. Of course the chest won't be completely flat after surgery. But it shouldn't really stick out either.

Maybe you've just misunderstood the situation because my pictures are so bad. I'll try to get some HQ pictures up soon.

How can taking two of your quotes, and posting them together be trolling?

Im getting sick of this now so im going to explain why someone with your frame, is going to have more prominent love handles/chest fat than some of the larger lads on this forum. Ok here we go

Lads who are obese+big frames have a lot of "Visceral Fat" which gives them more of an apple shape, rather than shall we say your pear shaped body (no offence). Now once youve got Visceral fat its extremley hard to shift and its a serious health problem. Now since youve got a very small frame the small amounts of fats are more apparent than someone with a bigger frame

as shown here

You have a small bone structure, simple as that and with some hard work you could get a ripped body despite what you think

1- i think your gyne is now fat, its just more apparent because you have such a small frame
2- you have love handles because you have a small frame

untill you give excercising a go, the only person whos losing is yourself end of story

I see what you mean with the fat being more apparent due to my pear shape. I don't think my gyne is just fat now though. I can definitely feel that theres some fat in there, but I can also feel very hard tissue under my nipples. My surgeon told me it was just scar tissue, but it feels like theres a whole lot more than that.
I have already been jogging for a week as I said earlier. I can't afford a gym membership as of right now, but I'll probably get one in the future.
Btw. do you see why I think I have klinefelters when I have a pear shaped body?

There is no way you have klinefelters! you just have a small bone structure, and you dont have much mass

and i dont mean mass as in working out, its just that you have a slight build some people are born with athletic genes some are born skinny and some are born to be fat. You are not fat you are skinny, but because you have such a small frame your fat is way more prevelant.

Skinny lads like you get ripped really quickly, maybe your chest has some gland but why not just burn all the fat on there so if you do go for a revision you know itl be targeted. And maybe hes right, maybe it is scar tissue maybe say to him youd like some kenalog scar shot treament if thats the case!

In a few words, what theodd is trying to tell you is that he recommends that you should lose your bodyfat and then see how much gland remains and only then consider your surgery as failed.

I really agree with this but first you should talk to an endocrinologist in case it returned because of other, more serious reasons.
