thanks for the info.  i have tissue under the nipples for sure.  Can they do just one nipple and would that be cheaper?  That is to bad that they dont have medication for this yet........thanks again for your help

Man, theyre not going to notice any less if you just have it in ONE NIPPLE.

I suggest you calmly and earnestly explain to your friends and your brothers that their off the cuff comments cause you a distress and emotional pain that they, being the good standup people that  Im sure they are, could never intend and would they please desist.

And if that doesnt work I suggest you kick their As*s! Really try, even if you get beat down every time if you get a couple in before you go down each time theyll learn to respect you.

Maybe a slight amount of glandular tissue in the nipple. It's very mild anyway. I would try to keep your weight stable as that may make it worse. At the mo it's very minor.

Everyone gets the mick taken out of them about something esp with lads. As ruggedtoast said appeal to their sense of fair play or(Iam sure they are not perfect so maybe start on them) .If all else fails a good kicking tends to work

Very, very mild case of Gyne you have.

It's easy for people to say 'don't worry about it, it's very minor'. No matter how mild or severe the case is, I'm sure the amout of pain it causes is very much the same!

When U are young, other kids can be very cruel. Creating psychological scars that can go very deep. When you are an adult, those 'cruel' people are few but it only takes one insesitive bottom-feeder to open up old wounds. It's not easy living with Gyne...

Yes, that is a subtle form of Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia. Just like pubescent female breasts are breasts even early in development, this contour distortion is gynecomastia.
