By the way, I had "puffy nipples" as a teenager, and it DID get better, contrary to what some people say on here. It didn't totally go away 100% as you can see, but it was much worse before.

yea i know how you feel mine.. all the doctors and adults say you look fine, but you know that it doesnt look normal to you. mine are similar to yours except my nipples are puffy which makes everything look bad. From the side view i can see your gyno but from the front you look perfectly normal. im not trying to be nice here im telling the truth. If it really affects you in life, like cant go to the beach or swim cause you are self conscious, then 100% go get surgery. Its not worth it waking up everyday for the rest of your life being self conscious about something as stupid as a weird chest. If you dont care about it really then there is no reason to get surgery.
