So first of all hello,

I've been suffering the male boobs since I was kid. I'm 18 years old now and as a little kid none was giving attention about it. But at around 10 years old when I was going to swimming pools with my school kids started to point at me and make fun. Obviously I rushed out in tears... 2 years later when my mother realised why I don't want to go to beach (I live 2 minutes from sea) she forced me to go to child specialist. I took 4 controls, (they included testical control, blood control), and doctor said it will go away.

Since I've found out about gynecomastia few days aggo, as I started working out few weeks aggo, cause I'm really on edge  of insanity, it's ruining my life. I can't even take off my shirt when I'm having s** with my girlfriend, I'm constantly looking at my shirt when I'm in public. I'm not going to talk about sea, I went to beach 2 times last summer and 1 of those 2 was at night...

I have alot of body fat, really alot. And when it's cold my chest is smaller alot smaller and it looks more muscular. While when it's hot my chest is flabby.
Here are some photos so i'd like to have your opinion...

and this is the worst look... :// again i must say i have alot of body fat... Please help me, i just can't live like this anymore....

You have a lot of body fat? Ya right! Young man if you think you have a lot of body fat, people my size must really gross you out because I DO HAVE A LOT OF BODY FAT AT 270LBS!

As for your gyne, it may be very a mild case, but because your breast are not big, a doctor can only say for sure.

I don't think your fat at all.  Maybe could stand to shape-up a bit.  I think you may have some gynecomastia or at least some contours in your chest you may want to discuss with a plastic surgeon.  Although my chest is a bit different, I feel like mine is the same level of severity -- which is to say not severe.  At your age and given the limitations it's putting on your life, you should just go ahead and have it addressed now, even if it's to have a plastic surgeon tell you it's no big deal.

Well at this age its really hard to say to parrents i need breasts surgery. As far my chest goes, when its cold my muscles tighten up and my chest is kinda not so bad, even looks good. But when im relaxed.and warm they go kinda puffy and stuff....

I've been working out a little and i think it's gone only worse... Im maybe over reacting but.... This is only place im not embarrased to talk about it...

Im 21 and I remember I told my parents that I have gynecomastia and needs some surgery when i was 19 y/o. I still have it 'coz they ignored me. My mom and I went to a doctor in philippines and that doctor just told me that i'm normal and there's nothing to worry. I told him that he don't understand my situation and he doesn't know what he's talking about. I let him touched my chest for him to feel the ump and rubber-like thing behind my nipple but he insisted that it's normal. I was so frustrated that time and I almost pass out. Right now i'm working my ass off for my surgery. :)

I don't know where you are from or where you live now but from what I know from working with the philippineo's in the Navy and the culture the doctors action does not surprise me at all.

Good luck with saving the money and getting things done soon.
