This is a tough call.  Can you take pictures closer up of your chest?

Is your chest solid or is there a good amount of fat?

You definitely have a big chest.  Thanks for taking closer pictures.

though you got pec muscles but you nipple and the area around it looks really weird to me.

i think we have the same mindset, i train really hard in the gym my diet is really strict. i wanna have a nice body and these nipples are destroying my every hope.

u are thinking the same too right?

i believe u went to the PS and schedule for a surgery. what happen in the end? did u go for it?

no the specialist that I saw at Yale he said to me I don't need to do it he said I am specialist at this stuff I seen worse you have nothing at all why go under the knife and he said if I saw you at the beach I would never think anything is wrong with you  and there was nurse there she said I don't think you should do it its like pecs and she felt them she said its all muscle so I didn't do it and I been going to beaches pools no one has told me anything but I don't know

I hear what you are saying but you are clearly uncomfortable with the way your chest looks.  I am no expert but if your chest is solid muscle than you don't have excess breast tissue -- I might be wrong about that though.

What don't you like about the way your chest looks?

I also agree that youre nipples look a bit like you have a slight gland issue, but to be honest i wouldnt be really concerned unless you can really see your nipples when youre wearing a shirt, and that it bothers you.
