Any advice about gynocomastia will be helpful like tips

You most certainly have severe gynecomastia and also appear to be overweight.  

What to do?  Lose weight, exercise and visit an expert gynecomastia surgeon.

Hey Cole,
Pretty obvious you have a case, and as Dr. Jacobs said, weight can be a factor.  One thing you should watch for, too, I've belated learned, is soy.  Cut it out, and now.  My doc had me on a soy diet for a while, and it apparently didn't help me.  I've also started working on my weight seriously since my AFib finally stabilized, and will warn you that your chest is not likely to shrink as fast as your other fat.  Still, one step at a time.
