Do I have a problem?
I've felt kind of embarrassed about this for a while, but is this something that I can cure with exercise?  If so, what should I do?  I'm pretty thin overall, but I do have fat around my chest (which is part of the problem).

to me, it seems like fat and gland together. exercise will decrease the fat but not the gland. i would exercise then see a PS to use the surgery as a fine tool.
