  hello i am new here i just want to know if i have gynecomastia. please tell me what you think on my pictures.  Oh and i am also 18 and 6 feet tall and weigh about 160 pounds but i do not know my body fat %  My chest doesnt feel like it has glands in it or anything just fatty tissue but maybe i can be wrong? o.o

depends dude. i think you have a severe case of it. unless you work out. do you do chest workouts? because if you do then it's just fat on top of muscle that makes it look severe. but yeah and it looks like you have very little glang there. can you feel any large amount of gland?

yeah i work out. I dont really feel large glands in my chest(i dont really know what gland feels like either) it just feels like a bunch of fat in there lol. im kinda like a  fat skinny person though to, i have a big stomach and my back bones stick out too. maybe i just have a weak back to not support my chest? iono i just hope i dont have it.

Your case is very much like mine.  I think that I have hardly any gland.  I just happened to have a lot of breast tissue.  I am having surgery on Oct 21 and very excited about it. 

Since it looks like you are pretty thin I would say that surgery might help.  Do you have a consultation scheduled?  Have you been thinner and found that your chest is still pretty big?

Whoah im happy for you that you are getting surgery man. Do you have any idea of how much it would cost? and yeah my chest has been getting bigger like that since was like about 12.

Hey Rock -- Im having my surgery done by Dr Jacobs who is one of the most experienced surgeons in regards to this procedure.  He practices in New York and posts often on this website. 

It will cost me 6950, which I am financing in full.  I def don't have that kind of money but can't afford to wait any longer with this problem.

Yes man, you've got a severe case there. I mean, Imageshack marked the image as porn, as it looked like a nude female breast... I would recommend you to go on surgery if it is hurting you emotionally.

craaaaap.. i guess i have to get surgery. sucks man. is there any way i can do like a payment plan or something? there is no way i can afford the surgery.

It will just be so hard for me to pay it off because im only 18 so i do not have a high paying job what so ever.

yep...you have it.....get the surgery..talk to your parents..do whatever. You do not have to feel rocks in there for it to be gyno...you have it pretty bad...

when your chest gets confused with a nude female chest is when you know youve got a severe case of gyn.
