Hi everyone!
I'm 26 years old, I had gynecomastia ever since I could spell my name, I finally went through surgery a few days ago.
I know it might be too soon to tell but I would really appreciate your honest opinion.
The first pic I'm posting is 1 day before surgery and the other ones are 2 days after, I can't help feeling like the fat is still there :(
Is it just swelling and once it goes away will I have the flat chest I so long dreamed of having? Will it continue to go down? Am I imagining that they are still there?

Your honest opinions. Please..

Your chest looks great, and I'm sure as time goes by it will only get better. Just relax and let your body heal :].

It looks like you only had liposuction. I think there may be some gland there, and it can only be removed with a excision.

Yeah I think the doctor only made liposuction (as i can see from the two red marks where the tubes have been inserted)..but he hasn't removed the actual breast tissue coz there are no insicion marks on the borders of ur areolas!! :S
