I honestly see none. I know it sucks but I really think the only way is surgery. And not just lipo as I have learned (the hard way!) but excision too  :-\
I have read your other post and we are in the same boat. Coming up with the $$$ is just a slight issue

It looks like you've lost some weight.  But gofast is very right, surgery would really help your chest IMHO.

It completly sucks that surgery is the only way. It doesn't seem fair that no matter how much effort you put into a good diet and excerise nothing really changes.
