I have to say that you DO have some sort of a mild gyno, But the one only gyno guys can notice.
I took the procedure a month and a half ago, even though my condition was the same as yours.
The thin' is, sometimes looking at it from above (Like you do) looks worse than looking at this from the profile (Like others do).
But the bottom line is, if it bothers you, only a procedure would settle your mind.
Just make sure not to give an amateur do this job for you, or you'd get very disappointed.
